This place is beautiful! The rooms are spacious, well-decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is awesome too, clean and large. The staff was very helpful, from the beginning until the end of our stay. They provided us with two complementary drinks upon arrival and always kept our room spotless. The hotel surroundings are breathtaking! Mountains and nature all around, which made our stay even more relaxing. Wi-fi worked well everywhere in the hotel, and breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruits, croissants, and coffee.

But one thing that could have been improved was the food. Although they had some good options to choose from, the buffet could have been better organized.

I had a wonderful time during my stay and one of the best aspects of this hotel was the attentive wait staff. Carlos and Ricardo went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my meals. Their service was prompt and friendly, making me feel welcome and appreciated. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. I was impressed with the attention to detail and felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. the staff was fantastic, the hotel facilities well-maintained, and the location convenient.

The hotel offers a lot of fun activities for families, such as horseback riding and hiking trails. Also, it's located in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by hills and trees. Additionally, the breakfast buffet has delicious freshly baked bread.

The hygiene standards at the hotel fell short. The cafeteria had a lot of flies and the food was uncovered. Additionally, some guests reported getting sick, which could indicate problems with food safety. The staff were not always very helpful or polite, which detracted from the overall experience.
